REGISTRY PROTECTION PRINCIPLES
The electronic register is stored in the information system and is protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The register is placed in such a way that unrelated parties do not have access to the register data.
RIGHT OF INSPECTION AND EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF INSPECTION
A person in the register has the right to check what information about him is stored in the register. The inspection request must be sent in writing to paivi@piper.fi.
Piper Consulting will deliver its written response to the data subject within 30 days after the data subject’s inspection request has arrived at the data controller. The inspection request must state that the request concerns the register data of Piper Consulting Oy’s customer register.
CORRECTION AND DELETE OF INFORMATION AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATION
The person in the register has the right to correct and delete their information. If there are errors in the data subject’s data, the data subject can submit a request to correct the error in writing to the above-mentioned person responsible for registry matters.
If the data subject wants to remove his data from the register, the data subject can submit a request for the deletion of his data in writing to the above-mentioned person in charge of register matters. Piper Consulting Oy will deliver its written response to the data subject within 30 days after the data subject’s request has arrived at the data controller. The request must state that the request concerns the register data of Piper Consulting Oy’s customer register.
